Occasionally, you might receive a notification email. However, most of the time, no notifications will be received.
3.Password Reset:
If no notification is received, return to the login page.
Click on the "Forgot Password" option.
Enter your email address again to initiate the password reset process.
4.Checking Spam Folder:
Head back to your email account and navigate to the spam folder.
You might find the password reset email there.
5.Setting a New Password:
Open the password reset email and locate the provided link.
Before proceeding, ensure to mark the email as "report not spam."
Follow the link to set your new password.
6.Final Login:
Return to the login page once again.
Enter your email address along with the newly set password.
You should now have access to the course you've purchased.
